To open an account with MultiLP, follow these steps: Go to the MultiLP homepage. Choose the "Open Account" option. Fill in the required data accurately and completely in the registration form. Submit the registration form. Check your email inbox for a verification message from MultiLP. Click on the verification link provided in the email to confirm your email address. Follow any additional steps or instructions provided in the verification email. Once your email address is verified, you will receive further instructions or notifications via email. Check your email inbox for your login credentials, which will be sent to you by MultiLP. Use the login credentials provided to access your MultiLP account and start trading.

When opening an account, you need to provide: Proof of Identity: This could be a government-issued ID card, passport, or driver's license. Ensure that the document is valid and not expired. Proof of Address: This typically includes utility bills (electricity, water, gas), bank statements, or official letters from government institutions. Make sure the document is valid and dated within the last six months. Submitting valid and up-to-date proof of identity and address is crucial to comply with regulatory requirements and ensure the security of your account.

When you complete the registration steps, you will receive an email stating that the account has been opened and including login details

Through the client portal, you will see a button to request a new account.

If you don’t have an account with MultiLP already, you can create a free account by completing your account application form and then fund your account through our secure funding portal. You can now fund your trading accounts using Visa, Mastercard, Bank transfer and Sticpay. At MultiLP, we strive to provide you with the best possible trading experience, and offering a variety of payment options is just one of the ways we aim to meet your needs.

It is not required from our side, but it depends on the payment provider's policy.

The minimum: Depends on the account type. For Classic Accounts 10$ For Zero Accounts 500$ We have no deposit maximum limit depends on the payment’s provider.

Yes, there are many options for payment methods.

You can request a withdrawal via bank transfer and provide us with the bank details by filling them in the withdrawal request in the client portal.

The deposit will not be declined by us. If this happened, you should check with your payment provider.

Yes, if you have more than one trading account, you will see a “transfer between accounts” button in the client portal.

Through the client portal, you will see a withdraw button.

Visit the MultiLP website. Look for an option "Forgot Password" on the login page. Please fill out your email address in the required field. Follow the instructions provided. Once you submit the required information, your password reset link should be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Through Client portal there is an option next to the account number to change the password (requires client portal password), a confirmation email is sent to the client.
